Cancelation Policy

We understand that occasionally the need to cancel an order arises. Therefore, we offer a flexible cancellation policy to our customers which allows them to cancel their orders within 8 hours of placing it.


In order to cancel an order, customers must contact us via email on Hello@alalune-jewelry.com and provide their order details. We will then process the cancellation and provide a full refund of the cost of the order.

Orders that are cancelled after the 8 hours period may still be eligible for a partial refund depending on the stage of production and dispatch. For orders that have already been dispatched, we are unable to offer any refunds.

We may also cancel orders due to stock availability, incorrect pricing information or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you by email and provide a full refund of the cost of the order.
